1. What inspired you to become a hairstylist, and how long have you been in the industry?
Iβve been in the industry for over 25 years and running my own business since 2010. Iβve always had a passion for hair and a desire to help people feel confident and beautifulβbecoming a hairstylist felt like the perfect way to do that.
2. What are your specialties or favourite services to offer, and why?
Ladiesβ cutting and colouring are my specialties. I love both, but in the salon I focus more on cutting, while supporting and upskilling my team to excel in colour. I have a strong technical understanding of colour, which I enjoy sharing with my team to help them grow in their artistry.I still attend external training and industry days to keep my skills updated and relevant.
3. Outside of the salon, what do you love doing in your free time?
4. Whatβs one piece of haircare advice you wish every client knew?
Start with a good-quality shampoo and conditioner thatβs prescribed for your specific hair type. Just because a product is from a salon doesnβt mean itβs right for youβit needs to be tailored to your hair and scalp needs. And I have to say it: supermarket or pharmacy products simply donβt deliver 99.9% of the time.
5. What do you love most about working at Opulence?
I love the flexibility it gives me, as well as the opportunity to share my knowledge with my team. Watching them grow, thrive, and shine as artists is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

1. How long have you been hairdressing and what drew you to it?
I have been in the industry for over 24 years.
What drew me to hairdressing was my passion for helping people feel confident in themselves. I love that this career allows me to combine my creativity with my technical skill to create beautiful and personalised results. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a client achieve their dream hair, seeing their confidence grow, and building genuine, long lasting relationships based on trust and care.
2. What's your speciality or the service you love doing the most?
I am an all-rounder, although my favourite thing to do is colour work!
3. Whatβs your favourite thing about working at Opulence?
The atmosphere, exceptional client service and I get to work with an amazing team!
4. How would you describe your style as a hairdresser?
Classic, technically strong and passionate. I love creating beautiful hair while delivering results that are tailored to each clients individual needs.
5. What do you want clients to know about booking with you?
I like to create a relaxed and welcoming experience, thorough consultations to create clear goals, attention to detail and for my client to leave feeling confident, refreshed and happy.
6. Whats one tip you give every client?
To invest in the right home care. Using professional products that have been carefully selected for you and designed to keep your hair looking and feeling its best until I see you next!

1. What inspired you to become a hairstylist, and how long have you been in the industry?
I have been around hairdressing my whole life as my mum is a hairdresser and I have two sisters so I'm always playing with hair. I have been in the industry for 10 years.
2. What are your specialties or favourite services to offer, and why?
I love foiling and colouring. The satisfaction I get after seeing the end result of a full head of foils is something else.
3. Outside of the salon, what do you love doing in your free time?
I love making time for family and friends. The beach is my happy place.

Supermarket shampoo is NOT the same quality as professional shampoo.

1. What inspired you to become a hairstylist, and how long have you been in the industry?
Iβve always had the desire to style my own hair. Iβve been in the hair industry for 8 years so far.
2. What are your specialties or favourite services to offer, and why?
I specialise in cutting, particularly curly hair because I love the precision and structure as Iβm a detail oriented person.
3. Outside of the salon, what do you love doing in your free time?
I love to spend time with family, my pets and dance in my free time.
4. Whatβs one piece of haircare advice you wish every client knew?
I wish every client knew to detangle their hair when conditioning at home as it makes a huge difference in helping manage long hair.

1. What inspired you to become a hairstylist, and how long have you been in the industry?
what inspired me was seeing peopleβs faces light up when you show them their finished hair and how much confidence they gain from getting their hair done.
iβve been in the industry for over 4 years.
2. What are your specialties or favourite services to offer, and why?
My favourite thing to do in salon is bouncy blowdrys because i love the big bouncy look that it gives the hair, iβm also really excited to learn foils !!
3. Outside of the salon, what do you love doing in your free time?
I love horse riding! iβve been doing for over 5 years, i love jumping and bareback, itβs such a great sport to get into,i hope to get my own horse someday!

Definitely heat protection, it just helps to protect your hair from all the heat styling

I love the atmosphere, its very warm and loving, and i consider all the girls my sisters which is amazing cause i only have brothers !!

1. How long have you been hairdressing and what drew you to it?
Iβm a first year appearance and I've been part of the Opulence team for the past seven months , and I was drawn here because I wanted to learn from a supportive, professional team while building my skills and growing my career in the hair industry.
2. What does your role involve day to day?
Day to day, my role involves looking after clients, assisting the stylists, preparing colours, keeping the salon running smoothly, and making sure everything is clean, organised, and ready for each appointment. I also enjoy learning new techniques and gaining hands-on experience whenever I can.
3. What is your favourite thing about working at Opulence?
My favourite part of working at Opulence is the friendly team environment and seeing how happy and confident clients feel after their appointments. Itβs rewarding to be part of creating that experience.
4. What do you do to make sure every client has a great experience from the moment they walk in?
I always try to make every client feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door by greeting them with a smile, offering refreshments, and making sure they feel comfortable and looked after throughout their visit.

I want clients to know that Iβm passionate about learning, always happy to help, and committed to making their experience at Opulence as enjoyable and relaxing as possible.

1. How long have you been hairdressing and what drew you to it?
I am aΒ senior stylist with 4 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, my passion for hair began from a young age. I always loved experimenting with my own hair and couldnβt resist the opportunity to style my family and friends whenever I could.
2. What is your specialty, or the service you love doing the most?
I specialise in dimensional balayage, treatments, blow-drys and styling, and love creating beautiful, effortless looks tailored to each client.

Iβm known for my caring and calm nature, and I strive to make every client feel comfortable and confident while always continuing to learn and develop my skills.

Since recently joining the Opulence team, I have loved being part of such a welcoming and supportive environment, surrounded by a friendly team and a beautiful, spacious salon.

Although im one of the newer faces at Opulence, I am confident and capable in all things hair and im excited to welcome new and existing clients into my chair.

Always use a heat protectant and a good leave-in treatment to keep your hair protected, healthy and looking its best.

1. What drew you to working in the salon industry, and how did you get started in your role?
The need to be part of an Industry related to improving appearance & self-care. We all like to feel good & look great! Wanting to assist others & nurture.Being able to work independently & also as part of a team.
